Paul Jackson is American artist who is considered one of the master watercolorists.  He is best know for his use of light and for his city paintings.  I like his paintings because they are not like other water-colour paintings.  They have a lot of bright colours but also have a lot of details and are almost like looking at a photograph.  I think his paintings look cool.
